Returns & Exchanges

If you need to refund or exchange an item, please email info@thepedla.com or fill out the form below at the earliest convenience prior to returning the product to us.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, The Pedla is happy to exchange the item as long as it is in as new condition, unused, unopened and unworn and returned within 14 days of original receipt.

Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense.

Please note * this does not apply to any Pedla products purchased from other stockists. Any purchase made through a Pedla stockist must be returned to the original point of purchase for issues concerning exchange, refund and warranty *

Clothing Returns

We’re happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment.

If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. For these returns you are required to pay for return postage to The Pedla, as well as the further postage on the replacement item.

Clothing must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return.

How to Return Items

Before you return the items, please fill out the form below or email us at info@thepedla.com and let us know that you are returning an item.
When returning items, wrap the package securely and enclose your receipt (we send this out with your order) along with the reason for returning the item/s, and send to:

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 24 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will credit the original account of payment.

Local Orders Delivery

All orders are delivered via Australia Post and your signature may be required to accept registered goods. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and can be delivered to Australian P.O. Boxes. Goods delivered within Australia will take three to five working days. The Pedla takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.

International Shipping

Receive free International (worldwide) shipping for all online orders over $300. We reserve the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time. International Charges

All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs relate to total order amount. * Please note, orders may be subject to duties and taxes incurred by the importing country and it is up to the customer to pay these charges. International Orders Delivery

For all international orders we use Signature On Delivery. Orders will usually be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days - The Pedla will confirm your international Air Bill number prior to shipment. The Pedla takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.
