Surprisingly Good

very happy with this vest. I knew I would like the aesthetics of this vest, but I was dubious regarding it being practical because I like vests to have three rear pockets to afford access to food and things which are needed to be carried on longer rides and this vest only had one pocket. I am happy to report the horizontal zippered pocket compartment is wide, deep, moisture resistant and easily accommodated my carry-on needs as well as easy access with the zipper in the open position. Further, the front zipper has a double pull allowing one to open the bottom of the vest with the top while climbing to ventilate and dispel the heat generated by the climb with the top of the vest still secure.
