GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a creative, detail-obsessed and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll bring visual storytelling to life across every touchpoint—from content for socials, campaign shoots, to e-commerce, email communications, print and beyond. Working closely with our Creative Director, you’ll help shape the visual identity of a brand that lives and breathes performance, style and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute graphic design across a variety of mediums including digital campaigns, apparel graphics, website and marketing materials.

Collaborate with the Creative Director to maintain a strong, cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Create content for social media that reflect the brand’s personality and resonates with the cycling community.
- Create assets for social media, email marketing, web, and print that are visually impactful and on-brand.
- Manage and optimise the CRM within Klaviyo, including database segmentation and audience targeting, to drive performance and sales through email marketing campaigns.

Prepare files for production, ensuring all designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.

Contribute to ideation sessions, mood boards, and creative brainstorming to keep ideas fresh and forward-thinking.

Stay up-to-date with trends in design, cycling, fashion, and culture—bringing new ideas to the table.
- Great copy writing skills a bonus
Qualifications & Experience

2+ years experience in a graphic design role, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, sport or outdoor brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, apparel graphics, and digital content design.

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign—After Effects a bonus).
- Highly proficient in Shopify and Klaviyo.
- An eye for typography, color, layout, and detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple projects on the go.

Passion for cycling, design, or an active lifestyle is a big plus.
