What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly exchange or refund your order for all full-priced items within 30 days from order where products are in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.

Can I return sale items?
Sale items can be exchanged for different sizes if available. Please note that change of mind cannot be offered for sale items. Store credits will be provided for sale item refund requests, unless the item is faulty, and in situations where the item cannot be exchanged. Faulty sale items can request a full refund. For your convenience store credits can be used online and in store.

What if I want a different size instead?
Use our returns portal to exchange for another size. The quickest way to secure the right size is to use our refund portal and select instant returns. Instant returns are only available when shipping through our portals's prepaid shipping slips. You will then be able to get the new size sent straight out.

My items are faulty/incorrect
Please use our refund portal to advise of any issues with the items in your order so we can sort out a replacement/refund as soon as possible. If you need to send any of these items back to us, we’ll pay for the return shipping costs. If you did not purchase via, please contact the relevant retailer for assistance according to their faulty returns policy.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for posting your return back to us, our refund portal can generate a shipping label for you. Otherwise feel free to choose the shipping method that best suits you, however, we do suggest a tracked method. If you are returning an item due to it being faulty or incorrectly sent, our refund portal will generate a prepaid shipping label.

How long does it take to receive a refund/credit?
We aim to process your return within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll let you know when your refund or credit has been processed. After the transaction is finalised, the funds will be available in your account following the financial institution's standard processing timeline.

I paid with Afterpay. Can I still get a refund?
If you wish to return your order, we will inform Afterpay to cancel or reduce the relevant payment plan for your returned items. If the full amount is refunded Afterpay will refund any payments already made to the card linked to your Afterpay account. If you need more info about this, please contact Afterpay.

I have an issue with a Pedla garment that I bought from another retailer.
Sorry to hear this! Returns of any kind, including faulty or incorrect items, should be handled by the original retailer. Please contact the place of purchase for more information. 



Warranty Claims

12 Month Quality Guarantee

We develop our products according to the highest standards of manufacturing processes. All our products are made from high quality fabrics and with proper care will exceed your expectations. If you suspect your garment to be faulty, please reach out to our team through our portal and we will inspect your item. If found faulty, we will look to repair or replace (at no cost to the customer) any garment that appears to have manufacturing faults - including seams, hardware and/or material abnormalities.

All our products use premium YKK zippers. Improper use can cause strain on zips and they can wear easily. If the break is deemed a manufacturing fault upon inspection then a replacement or repair can be offered.

Please note: Pedla has a strict 12-month Warranty period from order date. 

What is not covered?
Our warranty does not cover Pedla Custom Kit or damages that result from accidental damages sustained in a crash. It does not cover standard wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading, improper storage or washing and/or contacts with inks or sunscreen. 

Please note that we use sublimation printing technology and it is common and in the nature of the fabric to have slight colour bleed and variation around the print and this is unavoidable.  Therefore the garment itself is not considered faulty.


Crash Replacement
Accidents happen. We offer up to 40% off replacement kit for products purchased in the last 12 months. Please get in contact with us at with proof of purchase and photos of the garments.

  • When returning items please wrap the package securely, include a note with your full name and order number and send to:

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 2 business days and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will credit the original account of payment.

Pedla takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance or ensure your package requires signature on delivery.
