Conditions of Entry

1. Promoters

The promotion is conducted by:

THE PEDLA PTY LTD (ACN 679 597 445) AS NOMINEE FOR THE PARTNERSHIP, OPEN ROAD ENTERPRISES PTY LTD (ACN 158 622 596) AS TRUSTEE FOR THE OPEN ROAD TRUST AND THAT ROLLS PTY LTD (ACN 158 640 138) AS TRUSTEE FOR THAT ROLLS TRUST, TRADING AS THE PEDLA (ABN 72 541 814 435)

and

The trustee for The Coffee Co-Op Unit Trust trading as AXIL COFFEE ROASTERS (ABN 28 967 234 025)

together referred to as the Promoters.

2. Promotion name

AXIL COFFEE ROASTERS × PEDLA GIVEAWAY

3. Promotional period

The promotion starts at 4:00pm AEDT on Monday, 2 March 2026 and ends at 4:00pm AEDT on Monday, 9 March 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

  • employees, contractors, officers, directors and agents of either Promoter
  • related bodies corporate of either Promoter
  • agencies or suppliers associated with this promotion
  • immediate family members of the above persons
  • persons living in the same household as any of the above persons

By entering, each entrant confirms they meet these eligibility requirements.

5. How to enter

To enter, an eligible entrant must complete all required entry steps during the promotional period.

Mandatory entry requirements:

  • Follow @thepedla on Instagram
  • Follow @axilcoffeeroasters on Instagram
  • Subscribe to both Pedla and Axil Coffee Roasters email newsletters through the competition form on the Pedla website
  • Tag a friend in the relevant competition comments (as directed in the competition post)

The promotion will be administered using Gleam (gleam.io).

The Promoters may require entrants to complete verification checks, including email verification and fraud screening, for an entry to be accepted.

Incomplete, invalid, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

6. Entries permitted

Maximum 1 entry per person.

An entrant must not use multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or devices to attempt to exceed the entry limit. Any attempt to do so may result in disqualification of all related entries.

7. Prize

There is 1 prize to be won, consisting of:

  • 1 x $1,000 Pedla Gift Card
  • 1 x Year of Axil Coffee, valued at up to $960 AUD

Total prize pool value: up to $1,960 AUD.

8. Prize conditions

8.1 Pedla Gift Card

The $1,000 Pedla Gift Card is subject to Pedla gift card terms and conditions, including any expiry date, redemption conditions, and usage restrictions notified by Pedla.

The gift card is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, unless required by law.

8.2 Year of Axil Coffee Roasters

The Year of Axil Coffee Roasters prize is valued at up to $960 AUD.

The format and fulfilment method of this prize, including product type, timing and delivery arrangement, will be determined by Axil Coffee Roasters and communicated to the winner.

The coffee prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, unless required by law.

8.3 General prize conditions

If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoters may substitute that part with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

The winner is responsible for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly stated as included.

9. Draw details

This is a game of chance.

The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at:

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.

10. Winner notification and publication

The winner will be contacted by email on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 using the email address provided at entry.

The winner’s first name may be published on the Promoters’ Instagram accounts:

  • @thepedla
  • @axilcoffeeroasters

on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.

11. Unclaimed prize redraw

The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of being contacted.

If the prize is not claimed within that time, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoters may conduct a redraw.

Time: 10:00am AEDT

Location: The Pedla, 33 Hotham Street, Collingwood VIC 3066, Australia

If a redraw occurs, the redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and may have their first name published on @thepedla and @axilcoffeeroasters Instagram accounts within 2 business days of the redraw.

12. Entry requirements and disqualification

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, residency, and completion of entry actions.

The Promoters may disqualify any entrant who:

  • submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry
  • tampers with the entry process
  • uses bots, scripts, or automated entry methods
  • acts in a disruptive, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent manner
  • breaches Instagram terms or Gleam platform rules in connection with the promotion

13. Privacy and consent

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoters collecting, holding, using, and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of:

  • administering the promotion
  • contacting entrants and the winner
  • verifying eligibility and entry validity
  • delivering the prize
  • adding entrants to Pedla and Axil Coffee Roasters email marketing lists (as stated in the entry process), until the entrant unsubscribes

Personal information will be handled in accordance with each Promoter’s privacy policy:

14. Social media platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

By entering, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under applicable law that cannot be limited, excluded, or modified.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not responsible for:

  • late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected entries
  • technical failures or platform issues affecting entry
  • theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference
  • any tax liability incurred by a winner
  • any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize, except where caused by the Promoters’ negligence or as otherwise required by law

16. Cancellation, suspension, or changes

If this promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control, including technical issues, fraud, unauthorised intervention, or platform disruption, the Promoters may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, subject to applicable law.

17. Governing law

These Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant Australian state or territory.

18. Acceptance of terms

By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees to these Conditions of Entry.
