How much does shipping cost?
Australia-wide: Free shipping for orders over $100AUD, otherwise $10 postage International: Free shipping for orders over $400AUD, otherwise $35 postage For more information, please refer to our shipping page.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
We do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. We dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours from our Melbourne warehouse. We’ll provide you with tracking details via email when your order has been dispatched. During sale periods please allow additional time to receive your order. Orders made online to a delivery address within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express. Orders should normally be received within 1-3 business days. Orders made online to an international delivery address are shipped via DHL Express. Orders should normally be received within 3-5 business days.
Where can I find my order tracking details?
We’ll email you with tracking details when your order has been dispatched. If you’re having trouble finding tracking details or haven’t received an email, please get in touch at support@thepedla.com.
Do you have free shipping thresholds?
Please note, free shipping thresholds are applied to your order after any discount codes are applied to your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our Australian warehouse. You can find more details on our shipping costs and delivery times below.
Does delivery time include customs holds?
Estimated delivery times include customs delays or holds. If you have not received your parcel within the delivery times quoted above, please get in touch and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
Duties & Taxes
Will I be charged Duties & Taxes?
You may be charged duties and taxes for the import of your purchase by your local customs authority. The rate of duties and taxes varies depending on the value of goods, the materials they are made of and where they are made. It is important to note that all countries have different rules regarding this. As a result, we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay. At checkout, we provide an estimate of what you should expect. To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office. We have highlighted some customs websites for your reference. Please note, if you choose to not pay import duties or taxes, you will not be refunded for your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard for all customers. Afterpay is currently available for Australian customers only.
Do you offer payment in my local currency?
We offer the following currency: USD, SEK, JPY, SEK, GBP, EUR, DKK, CAD and AUD. We do not take responsibility for any fluctuations in currency. Please check online for the current exchange rate.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to change items, shipping addresses or names. Please check all billing and shipping information before you place your order.
I have a discount or promotional card. How do I use it?
Simply enter the discount or promotional code at checkout in the Apply Discount Code field. Your subtotal will be automatically adjusted.
I have a gift card. How do I use it?
Simply enter the gift card information at checkout in the Apply Discount Code field. Your subtotal will be automatically adjusted.
I didn't receive a confirmation/shipment email.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly exchange or refund your order for all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt where products are in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. For more information, refer to our returns and exchanges policy.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately not - we don’t accept returns on any sale or promotional items.
What if I want a different size instead?
The quickest way to secure the right size is to place a new order online. You can then return your unwanted items for a refund or credit, as per our returns policy.
My items are faulty/incorrect.
Please email us to advise of any issues with the items in your order so we can sort out a replacement/refund as soon as possible. If you need to send any of these items back to us, we’re happy to reimburse your return shipping costs. If you did not purchase via thepedla.com, please contact the relevant retailer for assistance according to their faulty returns policy.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for posting your return back to us. Feel free to choose the shipping method that best suits you, however, we do suggest a tracked method. If you are returning an item due to it being faulty or incorrectly sent, we will gladly reimburse your postage costs (just get in touch with us first).
How long does it take to receive a refund/credit?
We aim to process your return within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll let you know when your refund or credit has been processed.
I paid with Afterpay. Can I still get a refund?
If you wish to return your order, we will inform Afterpay to cancel the relevant payment plan for your returned items. Afterpay will refund any payments already made to the card linked to your Afterpay account. If you need more info about this, please contact Afterpay.
I have an issue with a Pedla garment that I bought from another retailer.
Sorry to hear this! Returns of any kind, including faulty or incorrect items, should be handled by the original retailer. Please contact the place of purchase for more information.

Warranty
Does Pedla have a warranty?
Pedla products are made to world-class standards and with proper care all of our garments should exceed your expectations. We are happy to repair or replace any garments that appear to have manufacturing faults, including seams, zips, hardware and/or material abnormalities. This does not cover wear and tear, damage sustained in a crash, improper storage or washing and/or contact with inks or sunscreen.
If you suspect your garment is faulty, please get in touch with us at support@thepedla.com with proof of purchase and we can process your claim.
What is not covered?
Our warranty does not cover custom products, damages that result from accidental damages sustained in a crash. It does not cover standard wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading, improper storage or washing and/or contacts with inks or sunscreen. Please note that we use sublimation prints technology and it is common and in the nature of the fabric to have slight colour bleed and variation around the print and this is unavoidable. Therefore the garment itself is not considered faulty.
What is your crash replacement warranty?
Accidents happen. We offer up to 40% off replacement kit for products purchased in the last 12 months. Please get in contact with us at support@thepedla.com with proof of purchase and photos of the garments.
