Retail Sales & Customer Service Coordinator - Part Time
 

An exciting opportunity exists for a part time Retail Sales & Customer Service Coordinator with a passion for apparel and all things cycling with The Pedla team based in Collingwood VIC.

Pedla is a cycling brand born of the sport’s rich culture riding the roads of Melbourne. We craft modern road wear with equal consideration for Performance & Style. Everything we create is designed to inspire riders to get out there and keep pedalling.

This role is suited to an enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic customer service professional. It reports directly to the Sales & Brand Manager and is responsible for driving sales within the Local Loops Cycling Club (LLCC) and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through in-store and online channels.

  • Superior customer service and sales skills

Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is essential (min 2yrs)
  • Ability to achieve set targets
  • Experience using Shopify
