Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase or becoming a member of The Pedla signifies acceptance of these terms. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time of the transaction.

  • By submitting an order or becoming a member of The Pedla, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
  • We offer Gift Cards and they can be purchased with your desired amount ranging anywhere between $50 to $500.The card can only be used as full payment purchase for any goods online.
  • All Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
  • Please note only one Gift Card / Discount code can be redeemed at the one time. Voucher is valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
  • Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We will contact you within 48 hours if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. We will suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund.
  • Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
  • Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website and in the catalogue.
  • The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
  • Amendments to orders can be made by contacting The Pedla via email to support@thepedla.com. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.
  • You must contact The Pedla either by our refunds portal, phone or email regarding any exchange/refund return of product prior to return within 30 days of original dispatch date.
  • If you change your mind about the purchase, The Pedla is happy to exchange unused and unopened products. All additional postage costs will be at the customer's expense.
  • If a product is faulty, The Pedla will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs.
  • If a product is not suitable and you require an alternate size, colour or style, The Pedla will refund or exchange goods. The customer is required to pay for return postage to The Pedla, however, The Pedla will pay for returned postage to the customer.
  • Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars and include G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax)

Clearance Products

Clearance Sale

Our clearance sale products are are as marked and price will appear correctly at the check out. No further discounts or discount codes will apply during this period. Products that are not marked with a discount including gift vouchers are excluded. Purchases of discounted items are final and are not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty. If you find that the item that you purchased is not the correct size there is an opportunity to exchange that item for another or for a credit note to the same value of your purchased item. Pedla can not guarantee the availability of substitute sizes for exchanges and strongly recommends that you purchase substitutes. In this instance, please use our returns portal or contact returns@thepedla.com with order details of your original purchase and replacement purchase and a refund will be applied to your original purchase. For all and any further customer enquiries please contact support@thepedla.com or utilise our website live chat function during business hours (AEST). Stock is limited and will not be replenished.

Returns

Returns Portal

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly exchange or refund your order for all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt where products are in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.

Pedla takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance or ensure your package requires signature on pickup.

Faulty items

Please use our returns portal or email us to advise of any issues with the items in your order so we can sort out a replacement/refund as soon as possible. If you need to send any of these items back to us, we’re happy to reimburse your return shipping costs. If you did not purchase via thepedla.com, please contact the relevant retailer for assistance according to their faulty returns policy.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on certain orders if they have met the following spend thresholds;

Domestic orders: $100AUD

International orders: $400AUD

Free shipping offers are not available on Pedla Custom kit.

Warranty

We develop our products according to the highest standards of manufacturing processes. All our products are made from high quality fabrics and with proper care will exceed your expectations. If you suspect your garment to be faulty, please use our returns portal or reach out to our team and we will inspect your item. If found faulty, we will look to repair or replace (at no cost to the customer) any garment that appears to have manufacturing faults- including seams, hardware and/or material abnormalities.

All our products use premium YKK zippers. Improper use can cause strain on zips and they can wear easily. If the break is deemed a manufacturing fault upon inspection then a replacement or repair can be offered.

Please note: Pedla has a strict 12-month Warranty period from receipt date. 

What is not covered under warranty?

Our warranty does not cover custom products, damages that result from accidental damages sustained in a crash. It does not cover standard wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading, improper storage or washing and/or contacts with inks or sunscreen.

Please note that we use sublimation prints technology and it is common and in the nature of the fabric to have slight colour bleed and variation around the print and this is unavoidable. Therefore the garment itself is not considered faulty.

Crash Replacement Offer

Accidents happen. We offer up to 40% off replacement kit for products purchased in the last 12 months. Please get in contact with us at support@thepedla.com with proof of purchase and photos of the garments.

Please note that custom products are not covered or included in the Crash Replacement Offer.

The Pedla mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Open Road Trust & That Rolls Trust (trading as The Pelda) (“Pedla”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Pedla’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Pedla through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include alerts, information, order information, updates, order updates, and delivery updates (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, product announcements, events, competitions, abandoned cart, abandon checkout, stock alerts, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Pedla. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. If you have subscribed to other Pedla mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
