Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.
In the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand & UAE, the product price is inclusive of all applicable customs duties and taxes.
In the United States and Canada, the total amount you pay at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. Duties are included in the product price, sales tax is calculated and applied in checkout once your address has been input.
In Brazil, any applicable customs duties and taxes will be calculated in checkout and prepayment is required.
In Algeria, Armenia, Fiji, Georgia, Tunisia, Uzbekistan & Zambia, local taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees may apply – it is not possible to calculate and prepay these.
For all other markets, any applicable customs duties and taxes will be calculated in checkout, and you will have the option to prepay these or pay on arrival.
Please note: shipments can not be sent to private or residential addresses in Russia. This is in light of Russian restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals.
