To enter the Promotion, the entrant must:

Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by email or phone within two (2) days of the draw. The winner will be published on the @thepedla Instagram account on 10/06/2025.
Unclaimed Prizes: Prize must be claimed by 01/07/2025 at 11:00 am AEST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 02/07/2025 at 11:00 am AEST. The winner of the redraw will be contacted by email within two (2) business days and announced on @thepedla Instagram on 04/07/2025.
  1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
  2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
  3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
  4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
  5. Draw:
    1. The draw will take place via Woobox at 11:00 am AEST on 10/06/2025.
    2. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize specified in the Schedule above.
    3. Reserve entries may be drawn in case of an invalid entry or unresponsive winner.
  6. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
  7. If the winner does not respond or claim the prize by the specified date, the prize will be redrawn.
  8. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  9. The prize value is accurate at the time of creation and may vary.
  10. No entry fee applies to enter the Promotion.
  11. The prize will be awarded to the named entrant. Disputes over identity will be resolved at the Promoter’s discretion.

  13. The Promoter may publish the winner’s surname, initial, and postcode.
  14. The Promoter may require a signed release before awarding the prize.
  15. The Promoter is not liable for the actions or delivery timelines of third-party prize suppliers.
  16. If the Promotion cannot run as planned, it may be cancelled, modified, or suspended.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to validate entries and disqualify those not complying.
  18. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final.
  19. The Promoter and associated companies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to the Promotion or prize use.
  20. Entrants agree to participate in marketing and promotional activity if required, without compensation.
  21. Tax implications are the responsibility of the entrant.
  22. Failure to enforce any term does not waive that term.
